Our People
JEFF Orczyk
Founder / CEO
Jeff is the Founder/CEO of DiffGames. He started daydreaming about video game ideas during college classes and after a year he had a full notebook of ideas. It was at this point that he swore to actually follow through and turn one of these ideas into a real game. He eventually started DiffGames to create games that pushed innovation and creativity to the max. He wanted to create a company that is allergic to following trends and strives think differently.
His favorite game franchises are smash bros, god of war, mario and crash bandicoot.Joe joined DiffGames in 2020 as one of the programmers, working alongside our CEO, Jeff, during Race Jam’s early development. As the project grew and the team shifted focus toward building the tracks, Joe took on the role of Lead Level Designer at DiffGames, helping create some of the courses that make up the world of Race Jam.
JOE Mandley
Lead Level Designer
He’s been a fan of racing games for as long as he can remember. Growing up, Joe spent far too much time playing classics like Need for Madness, Project Gotham Racing, and Blur. Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit 2 holds a special place for him as well, since it was the first racing game his dad bought for their Xbox when Joe was a kid. Those games continue to inspire the kind of fun, fast-paced racing experiences he strives to create today.
Dannielle White
Art Director / Graphic Designer
Dannielle joined DiffGames in 2018, working alongside our CEO, Jeff, to help bring his ideas for Race Jam to life through concept art. As they worked together, she took on the responsibilities of art direction, UI/UX design, graphic design, and concept art. She has created our logo, characters, icons, cover art, and everything in between that involves 2D art and design. She’s been an avid gamer since getting her N64 and falling in love with Zelda: Ocarina of Time as a child. Since then, she aspired to work in the games industry and went to college for graphic design and illustration. She is now learning to code so she can implement her designs and illustrations.
